Qinfeng, since 2006, has been focusing on the research and development of swing arm robots that are blank in the industry, and has successively invented Dingfeng I and II five-axis linkage intelligent stamping robots: breaking through the traditional articulated robots and link-type manipulators for equipment, molds, and venues According to the strict requirements of the company, hydraulic presses, gear presses, and pneumatic presses can be connected at will, regardless of the tonnage or the height of the machine, so as to realize the free combination of equipment.


Advanced management concepts and methods are the cornerstone of production strength and enterprise development. From spare parts, assembly, to commissioning, the company has a scientific and rigorous inspection process, strictly in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 quality system, standardized production and quality management, and dust-free closed site management to ensure the accuracy of the robot. Each robot needs to undergo more than 100,000 life tests before leaving the factory.
